appreciable experience
helpful employee easy check-in
the employees were really helpful I found the breakfast to be fresh with fruit. check-in was fast and simple the staff are a real asset. i did appreciate its value for money.
i found getting in and out of the entrance somewhat difficult. there was considerable traffic during peak hours. this issue made planning my departures and returns a bit challenging.

the king room was spacious and clean it featured dove toiletries in the bathroom. i also noticed a shower designed for two people, a nice addition. the room also included sufficient storage space for luggage and personal items.

helpful staff peaceful atmosphere affordable price
I loved the helpfulness of the staff! the location felt peaceful and the price was affordable. i was impressed. as a disabled senior, the staff helped me without my asking. It was amazing. i've never written a review before, but they earned it!
The rooms setup was a little confusing to me. It was my only slight issue.

The hotel offers convenient laundry facilities. This includes multiple washers and dryers available for guest use! this is a very convenient service and ensures guests can easily manage their laundry needs .

breakfast had many options over four days! there were cereals, juices, eggs, coffee, and pancakes available. the choices were abundant, and i especially liked trying different items each day to vary the breakfast.

warm welcome helpful staff ample parking
the front desk staff offered a warm welcome. i found the location good, and ample parking was available since i drove. the front desk staff were helpful (i needed directions) and pleasant.
the corridors lacked heating, slightly noticeable.

The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast with many choices. I found ample parking near the entrance. The front desk staff was helpful upon arrival. I appreciated how early check-in was accommodated after my long travel day.
The corridors felt a bit long, and this felt odd at times.

useful refrigerator convenient location coffee machine
The room included a refrigerator. This was very useful. I also appreciated the availability of a coffee machine in the room. A CVS and gas station are located within walking distance. This adds to the convenience.
The ice machine on my floor was out of service.

nonfunctional sink thin walls
the general atmosphere lacked appeal and was somewhat shabby my bathroom sink was nonfunctional and the hallways leading to the rooms evoked a sense of unease reminiscent of a horror setting walls were thin i could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room and footsteps from above check-in presented significant issues a substantial cash deposit of $300 was required while card payments incurred only a $100 charge upon attempting to use a chime card i was informed that it was not accepted necessitating a further trip to locate a bank branch. i will not consider staying here again.
